DOUAISIS welds
Our submerged arc welding machine welds according to European standard process 121.
The very high energy welding (650 A - 32 V) and the synergy of the flux and wire combination guarantee:
- total molten metal penetration (6 mm vs 1.8 to 2 mm using traditional processes);
- strengthened mechanical characteristics of the welded metals.
The welding protocols were defined and approved by the Institut de Soudure (Welding Institute) and all the welders have Institut de Soudure certification.
